Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at stlskateway@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

  1. We Charge/Count everyone that comes in with the party except Non-Skating Parents. Please let them know if you invite them!  
  2. We do count the birthday child or children in the total number of guests.
  3. There is no early setup time, your party starts at the time that you reserved and party table and or party room time is up right at the end of your reserved time. No early entry. Ask about paying for additional time for early set-up.  
  4. Online Party Requests are not reserved until time and date are approved and deposit is paid. We do require a $50 non-refundable deposit for Public Parties & a $100 for Private Party/Private Room. Your party time is not reserved until Deposite is paid. Deposit does go towards the final amount of the party which is due the day of party.  
  5. You cannot bring in a cake or any party items unless you have a reserved party with us.
  6. Socks not included but may be purchased if available. 
  7. Our snack bar is fully open and available for food and drink purchase from you and your guests. No Outside Food unless you have a private party scheduled.
  8. No outside drinks allowed no matter what type of party.  
  9. No Glitter/Confetti/or anything similar. $250 cleaning fee
