BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT SKATEWAY

IMPORTANT PARTY INFORMATION:

A few things to know before you book so your celebration goes smoothly!

1. Who Counts as a Guest? Everyone arriving with your party is included in your guest count, except non-skating parents. Please make sure your invited guests are aware of this before arriving. The birthday child (or children) does count toward your total.
2. Party & Setup Time Your reservation begins at your scheduled start time and ends at your scheduled end time. Early entry or setup is not included. Need extra time to decorate before your party or wrap things up afterward? Ask us about purchasing additional time, when available.
3. Reservations & Deposits Online party requests are requests only and do not guarantee a reservation. Your date and time are secured once Skateway approves your request and the required non-refundable deposit has been paid. Deposits are $50 for public-session parties and $100 for a totally private party. Your deposit is applied toward your final party balance, which is due on the day of your event.
4. Outside Food Outside food is permitted only with qualifying party packages. At the end of your party room time, please take any remaining food with you or dispose of it before leaving the room. Outside beverages are not permitted with any party package.
5. Cake & Party Items Cakes, decorations and other party items may only be brought into Skateway as part of a reserved party package.
6. Snack Bar Our snack bar is open during public skating sessions and available for you and your guests to purchase food and beverages. Outside food is only permitted with party packages that specifically include that option.
7. Socks Socks are not included with party packages. They may be available for purchase at Skateway.
8. Taxes & Fees Listed online prices do not include applicable taxes and fees, which will be added where required.
9. Decorations Please do not bring glitter, confetti, loose glitter decorations or similar materials. These are extremely difficult to remove from the facility and skating floor. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if prohibited materials are used.
